No training, ever
Documents are never used to train a model — not ours, not a provider’s. That is enforced in the pipeline, not promised in a badge.
Cancel and export
Download every original file from the document list. Deleting a document removes its passages and vectors with it.
Fair use, not metering
If you hit a limit you get a message, not a surprise invoice. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are self-serve through PayPal — no email thread required.
